Really good Stay in a Palace
easy access splendid selection engaging staff
The location allowed easy walking access to many city sights. The breakfast offered a splendid selection, catering to all tastes. The staff members were engaging and attentive from arrival to departure. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was noticeable (really appreciated).
There was not a dedicated bar area, only a small seating section next to the restaurant. I felt this could enhance the hotel's offerings.

Our room was luxurious and well-appointed, including all carefully thought-out details. The bed provided great comfort, and the room remained quiet, even facing the street.

The staff proved attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure my visit was easy and enjoyable. They offered helpful assistance with directions and recommendations, I appreciated their attentiveness.

a mostly positive experience
beautiful decor powerful hairdryer great room high upgrade price unappealing neighborhood expensive parking
The hotel was beautiful. the decor was new and very stylish. our room was great. I especially liked the powerful hairdryer it had.
we were charged 50 eur per night for an upgrade. i thought the neighborhood was not very appealing. paying 15 eur per day for parking felt excessive to me.

the blanket charge was a strange occurance. the reception gave no explanation. the housekeeping staff put a blanket over the beds. i sent emails to the manager, but received no communication.

some issues
noisy air conditioning limited breakfast
I found some drawbacks . the air conditioning made strange noises, it made it hard to sleep soundly. also, the breakfast selection could use some improvements. It felt quite limited for a place charging so much, especially for hot options.
