the staff were very helpful. i found the breakfast amazing with soo many different options. (the croissants were fresh!) the spa and swimming pool facilities were relaxing.

for a so called five star hotel there was no bar as such. there was just a small seating area next to the restaurant, also small.

easy access splendid selection engaging staff

The location allowed easy walking access to many city sights. The breakfast offered a splendid selection, catering to all tastes. The staff members were engaging and attentive from arrival to departure. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was noticeable (really appreciated).

There was not a dedicated bar area, only a small seating section next to the restaurant. I felt this could enhance the hotel's offerings.

The hotel was beautiful. the decor was new and very stylish. our room was great. I especially liked the powerful hairdryer it had.

we were charged 50 eur per night for an upgrade. i thought the neighborhood was not very appealing. paying 15 eur per day for parking felt excessive to me.

noisy air conditioning limited breakfast

I found some drawbacks . the air conditioning made strange noises, it made it hard to sleep soundly. also, the breakfast selection could use some improvements. It felt quite limited for a place charging so much, especially for hot options.
